PDSB teachers and students who are logging into chomebooks or their school Google accounts must have reset their passwords this school year. One can always change their password and then change it back to the familiar one that you always use. Please click on the links/image to be redirected to the change password site for PDSB users.

Standard board issued password (new and Heatweb reset)
StYYYYMMDD (upper case S, lower case t, 4-digit birth year + 2-digit birth month + 2-Digit birth day)
Password Complexity Requirements:

Password Complexity Requirements:
- Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length
- Must contain at least three of the following four:
- 1 number, 1 lower case, 1 upper case, 1 special character
- Security maintains a history of five most recent passwords
- ANDROID: skip the Anonymous Identity field (DO NOT Validate Certificate)
Apple: TRUST Certificate
Having issues: Forget network and start again
